I can’t believe I’m actually writing this right now, but if you’re in South Texas, GO OUTSIDE—it’s actually cold!

Essentially, this is our time to ditch the chanclas and scour our closets for our favorite boots, jackets, leather pants and really anything we keep prisoner in our closets. Whether the cold will simply last through the morning hours or beyond really doesn’t matter—I don’t know about you, but I’m just thrilled it decided to pay us a little visit.
If you feel this way too, why not celebrate in the form of a little velvet? This velvet is seriously DEVINE—not scratchy like some other pieces I’ve tried on before but smooth, cozy and very figure friendly.
In case you haven’t heard, mustard is having a moment this season. While I’ve never been a big fan of yellow (this might be the only yellow piece I own), this color happens to look AMAZING on skin—I mean, who wouldn’t mind a little glow without going through the trouble of makeup?!
